You have reserved a dedicated time for your visit. I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy that requires a credit card to reserve our time, to ensure optimal scheduling for clients and holds respect for my practice. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following policy:

 

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges or penalties.

 

• Cancellations, No-shows, or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service scheduled. Penalties will be waived due to illness or emergency. 

 

• If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. Please do not arrive to your appointment with cold/flu or any contagious symptoms.
